S.I. Goldman Company, Inc. was contracted directly with Orlando Utilities Commission as a Prime Contractor to install two 2,400 ton chillers in a plant constructed to privide Chilled Water to the Mall @ Millenia in Orlando, FL. The plant was built to ability to expand to 7,200 tons at a later date. S.I. Goldman Comnpany designed and installed the structural steel supports for the cooling towers on the roof of the CEP. In addition to the plant S.I. Goldman installed a 7,000' Chilled water loop in the first floor ceiling of the Mall perimeter, with 2" branch lines to each of 200 tenant stores.
