S.I. Goldman Company, Inc. was contracted by Skanska USA Building, Inc. for the completion the MD Anderson Cancer Center (now UF Cancer Center) located on the Orlando Health campus in Orlando, FL. Scope of the work consisted of all new installation of Plumbing, Medical Gases, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for this 10-story, 180,000 sq ft, replacement hospital. Chilled Water service was provided by tying into the hospitals existing underground system and upgrading their Central Energy Plant with a Systecon Control System to automate the plant and improve the plant's efficiency.
