S.I. Goldman Company completed the HVAC and Plumbing scopes of work on the Orange County Convention Center West Building Phase II Upgrade to Halls WE & WF project. The project consisted of renovating 460,000 sf of the Phase II building area of the OCCC. Work included the replacement of AHU’s and mechanical systems in the exhibit halls, meeting rooms, concourses and BOH spaces. In addition, all the plumbing restrooms in the public areas were upgraded.
