S.I. Goldman Company, Inc. completed the Plumbing, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning on this prestigious project in the heart of Downtown Orlando. The $195 million Courthouse Complex consists of 5 buildings totaling 1,287,788 square feet: a 24 story, 682,500 square foot Courthouse Building, two 5-story, 110,300 square feet each Office Buildings; along with 20,800 sq. ft. of underground utility tunnels connecting all of the buildings at the basements.
