S.I. Goldman Company, Inc., a Comfort Systems USA company, was awarded the Randal Park FSER & MOB project by Charles Perry Partners, Inc. This new construction project for Orlando Health, provides a new Free-Standing Emergency Room with an additional 2 floors of Medical Office Building, totaling approx. 60,000 sq ft. S.I. Goldman Company, Inc. worked with Orlando Health and CPPI to provide design assistance during the development phase in preparation for construction. Following the design phase, the construction services were completed for the HVAC, plumbing and medical gases.
