After having completed the original construction of the Orlando Health West CEP in 2005 (6600-tons) and its first expansion in 2011 (2800-tons), S.I. Goldman Company, Inc. was selected by Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC to complete this expansion of the plant. The scope of work included adding a new chiller, cooling tower, pumps, boilers, and steam equipment. This plant now totaling 12,200-tons of chilled water capacity provides chilled water to the Orlando Health downtown campus. In addition, S.I. Goldman Company provided the original installation of the underground chilled water, steam and pumped condensate distribution piping servicing this Orlando Health West CEP.
