Goldman Company, Inc. completed this ten-story building designed to attain “Gold” LEED Certification as a “Green Building.” The first floor consists of office space necessary to serve the needs of the public with Level 2 through 6 as parking garage space and Levels 7 to 10 to be office space for OUC’s personnel. The air conditioning system on these upper floors is unique in that the conditioned air is delivered via an underfloor air highway.
