S.I. Goldman Company, Inc., a Comfort Systems USA company, was selected by Wharton Smith, Inc., for the SCPS New Millennium Middle School project located in Sanford, FL. Work includes furnishing and installing the HVAC system for this new 222,000 sf school; including chillers, ice storage tanks, air handlers, duct heaters, VAV boxes, chilled water pumping package, split systems, exhaust fans and bi-polar ionization. The other aspect of the project will integrate the existing Midway Elementary School with the new plant at Millennium MS including controls integration as well as relocation of existing ice storage tanks.
