S.I. Goldman Company, Inc.,was selected by Charles Perry Partners, Inc. for the UCF DEP IV project located in Orlando, FL. Work includes furnishing and installing all HVAC and Plumbing systems for the new 4,160 ton District Energy Plant including: (3) chillers, (2) cooling towers, pumping systems for the chilled water and condenser water and all associated piping, accessories and equipment.
