Meet The Team
Roy serves as President and began his career with the company in 1989. Prior to his current role, Roy held the positions of Project Designer, Estimator, Project Manager, Special Projects Division Manager, and Vice President of Operations. Roy holds a Bachelors degree in Urban Planning/Business and attended Rollins College and the University of Florida. He holds certifications as a LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Indoor Environmentalist, and holds State of Florida Underground Utility, Building, Plumbing, and Mechanical licenses. Roy also serves on the Board of Directors for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Central Florida, Plumbing Industry Professional Education (P.I.P.E.) and serves on the Seminole State College Construction Industry Advisory Council.
Jennifer serves as Vice President of Finance and Accounting and began her career with the company in 1995. Prior to her current role, Jennifer held the position of Controller. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant with several years’ experience specializing in Construction Accounting and is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. She works closely with the Operations, Estimating, and Sales teams, designs and implements controls and procedures to safeguard the Company’s assets, coordinates financial information for auditors and government entities, and plans and oversees the closing and reporting processes of the Accounting Department.
Manny serves as Vice President of Sales and Estimating and began his career with the company in 1996. Prior to his current role, Manny held the positions of Project Engineer, Special Projects Division Manager, and Director of Estimating. Manny holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. During college, he worked as a Field Helper where he gained the love for the mechanical construction industry. Manny provides detailed information about current market conditions and potential opportunities to the Leadership team and is responsible for the Company reaching its revenue goals.
Dustin serves as Vice President of Operations and began his career with the company in 2004. Prior to his current role, Dustin held the positions of Project Manager and East Coast Division Manager. Dustin holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Management from Florida International University. He has extensive experience managing commercial HVAC projects ranging in size from $10,000 to $48 million. Past clients include Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD), Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA), Coca-Cola, Inc., Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC), Orlando Regional Healthcare System, U.S. Air Force/U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kennedy Space Center, and the Harris Corporation.
Jacquelyn serves as Director of Human Resources and began her career with the company in 2019. She holds credentials as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute, Certified Facilitator in Addiction Awareness, Human Resources (CFAA-HR) from ICARE International Center for Addiction and Recovery Education and Master Trainer certification from the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). Jacquie serves as Registrar for the HR Florida Council, mentors young professionals through the Employers Association Forum (EAF), and held Board of Director roles in Greater Orlando SHRM.
